Residency
Residence follows work or business permits, and Togo has promoted a free zone regime for export manufacturers. There is no investor citizenship route.
Tax
Personal rates are progressive to 35% and the corporate rate is 27%, with 18% VAT. A reduced rate applies to industrial activity. There is no wealth or inheritance tax.
